We know a little more about this film. Although film was still made using highly inflamable materials, and ones that also rapidly deteriorated compared with later film stock studios were becomming better organised. This film boasts a professional cast as well as an art department and reflects the professionalism that was by this time entering the industry.
Unfortunately the film came out just as talking pictures were being released. Many of the stars in this production never were able to make the transition into 'talkies'. But Blanche Sweet, who played both Laura and Anne Farlie did succeed making both taking films, and also appearing on Broadway.
